The video link was inactive. I have had issues with certain Windows 10 applications, and contacted a tech rep who remotely connected to my system. He observed the same issue and recommended I switch back to Windows 7 Professional. However, now Windows 7Professional has features that are no longer being updated. I have now switched back to Windows 10 to find that it has been best to use 3rd party applications.Upon my reply to another user, Microsoft was kind enough to send me an email and state they are eager to help NOVICE users.

I found that pretty hilarious (and insulting). Perhaps novice PROGRAMMERS shouldn't be in charge of development.Many applications are Windows based and I would much rather operate a Windows system than Macintosh, but Windows Operating Systems cannot do everything. Hence, the necessity for 3rd party applications where Microsoft falls short.
