The VPIL 2 seminar last Wednesday was a treat for students with special guest presenters. First, we had Dr.
Steve Joiner, who is the Dean of the College of Leadership & Public Service at Lipscomb, give a presentation on conflict management. Next, we had Ranga Ramanujam, who is a professor of healthcare management from the Owen Graduate School of Management, present on a Value-Based Perspective of Healthcare Delivery and the Implications for Quality Improvement. Finally, we had Autumn Zuckerman, who is the Program Director of Health Outcomes and Research from Vanderbilt Specialty Pharmacy, present on Interprofessional Quality Improvement.Thank you so much to our guests for their wonderful presentations!
